Blogs are like regular web sites but with some special features that make them ideal as a tool for collaboration and communication — and a lot more interesting to use!

In case you’re not familiar with blogs, they work differently from ordinary web sites. They are designed to be easy for anyone to use — both for bloggers and the people who read them. They are also updated frequently, which gives people a reason to keep coming back. They also allow readers to post comments, making them a great way for people to communicate with each other and discuss topics important to them. And people can subscribe to blogs so that they can receive alerts automatically whenever the blog gets updated.

All of this makes blogs ideal for helping people share news, ideas, and information with each other or to provide feedback.

The most recent updates (known as “posts”) start near the top of your screen on the home page. You can scroll down for earlier posts or look through the archives listed in the left sidebar (the column over on the left) to read them.
